I had the most unbelievable time in Mexico last week! We arrived for the first half of the trip for Jenn’s Cabo wedding, and even though Jordan had to go home, I extended my stay! My sister came and met me for a sister getaway at the Cabo all-inclusive resort, Pueblo Bonito Pacifica. This is only my second time staying at an all-inclusive – not counting my cruise experience which is kinda the same… but not really.
I wanted to go over the details of our stay in the Towers at Pacifica because I had SO much content happening over on IG Stories. There are a lot of highlights that I want to share especially if you’re thinking about a Cabo vacation in your future.

Pueblo Bonito Pacifica
Pueblo Bonito has EIGHT beach-front resorts in Cabo San Lucas to choose from, and we had the opportunity to visit three of them while there. Pacifica is their award-winning, adults-only, golf and spa resort. What I love is how exclusive and private it is. Both Pacifica and Sunset Beach are nestled into the Quivira residential development, and you have to pass through two gates to even enter the properties. Not only does this cut down on random foot traffic to the resort, but the beaches are also private preventing anyone not staying at the resort to access it.
We were able to experience the Towers at Pacifica which offers an added level of luxury to the all-inclusive experience. These guest rooms have suites with private terraces (ours had a dip pool!) and 24-hour butler service (shout out to Ricardo). The rooms also have enhanced amenities and access to the VIP lounge where you can sip happy hour drinks, nosh on tapas as you sit on the whale watching terrace.
Meal Options / Favorites
Okay let’s get right to the good stuff because everyone always asks about the food when the word “all-inclusive” is involved. And rest assure, we tried basically every food there is to try at Pacifica. From fine dining at Peninsula restaurant to the generous breakfast buffet. From the VIP tapas to pizza and room service. OH let’s not forget about the beachside cabana nachos. (Yeah we ate a TON of food while in swimsuits which isn’t typically the smartest plan.) The food far surpassed any normal hotel food + any expectations behind the all-inclusive stereotype. I still do not know what chilaquiles are, but I ate them at every single meal. Obsessed.
We also had the opportunity to go off-site for dinner at the nearby Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. (It’s just a shuttle ride away.) And because Mexican food is my favorite meal, it’s no surprise that our meal there at La Frida was hands-down my favorite meal of the trip – maybe favorite meal in Cabo ever. We had a six-course tasting menu where the chef came tableside to prep and explain each dish. Y’ALL. Just trust me. It was one of the best dinner experiences I’ve ever had on vacation.

Another off-site dinner option is at the Quivira Golf Club – just another short shuttle ride. They have a beautiful open air restaurant and breezy terraces. We were there just in time to watch the sunset on Hole 5 – SO stunning. The restaurant is the perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail (or two) while you sit by the fire pit to watch the sun go down. (Jordan would have LOVED this part of the trip had he still been there!)
After a pretty hectic wedding weekend schedule (and let’s be honest, a lot of alcohol consumption), I was ready to unwind and relax. So a lot of our activities while at Pacifica were centered around taking a time out and enjoying the moment. In addition to a day hanging out in the beach cabana, we also enjoyed our own terrace dip pool. One of the mornings, I went to the spa and got a 50 minute massage complete with aromatherapy oils – much needed. The overall vibe of Pacifica is tranquility, and it echoed throughout the architecture, service and ambience during our stay.
Would 100% come back to Pueblo Bonito Pacifica – in fact – I’m already trying to figure out when I can make that happen haha. If you want to see more pics from our trip, you can head over to my Instagram @apinchoflovely for more!
Thank you to Pueblo Bonito for the most amazing stay at their Pacifica resort. As always all opinions are my own.
