I remember bodysuits really coming back onto the market last fall, and my initial gut reaction was a resounding NO. I mean, who wants to wear a one-piece bathing suit under their clothes. Aren’t swimsuits traumatizing enough for one season out of the year? But guess what, they’re back this year and in a bigger way than before, and there are so many cute ones on Nordstrom. So let’s just say they’ve piqued my interest. And technically, my job is to investigate the trends and report back to you guys, right?
See why I’ve changed my mind in today’s full post with Nordstrom!
I wore this Alice & Olivia dress from Saks to last weekend’s influencer style brunch with The Shops at Canal Place – snag it now for less! Talking about the brunch and showing off this dress perfect for fall events in today’s full post.
Two questions. 1. Have you perused the Shopbop Sale yet? 2. Have you seen the Shopbop site revamp?
I got a little sneak peek at the revamp during fashion week along with a ton of fall new arrivals. I also got to toss around some fake leaves and pet adoption puppies too.
I’ve always considered Shopbop a must-shop destination during their sitewide sales. So I’m doing a round-up of which categories to shop first for their 20-25% sitewide discount + including photos of some of my all-time favorite purchases! I’ll also be doing some try-on sessions over on Instagram Stories.
Let me know what you’re loving from the Shopbop sale so far!
Coming from the world of graphic design (pre-blog days), I always look forward to seeing the Pantone color forecasts each year. I was especially excited to see PINK as a 2017 fall color trend – for obvious reasons. In fact, there are so many gorgeous shades of blush, mauve and rose this year, I am dedicating a full post to it! While I am swooning over the Show Me Your Mumu Robyn dress in today’s post, it’s easy to update your spring/summer blush pieces too. I’m getting a little help from Nordstrom new arrivals to show how I’ll be transitioning all my pink hues this season. Think chunky knits, ankle boots and yes, a dash of animal print!
Once again, I procrastinated finding outfits to wear to New York Fashion Week this month. It sneaks up on me EVERY time. A week beforehand, I’m always scrambling to throw together a few fashion-y outfits that are cool but also still… me. This time around I knew that I wanted to dress a little more casual (like I mentioned in yesterday’s post), so I thought the raw hem jean trend was the perfect way to marry casual and cool into one outfit. This is where Nordstrom comes through in the clutch! On-trend, budget-friendly and quick shipping – always keeps me from having a Fashion Police type moment in New York.
