Coming from the world of graphic design (pre-blog days), I always look forward to seeing the Pantone color forecasts each year. I was especially excited to see PINK as a 2017 fall color trend – for obvious reasons. In fact, there are so many gorgeous shades of blush, mauve and rose this year, I am dedicating a full post to it! While I am swooning over the Show Me Your Mumu Robyn dress in today’s post, it’s easy to update your spring/summer blush pieces too. I’m getting a little help from Nordstrom new arrivals to show how I’ll be transitioning all my pink hues this season. Think chunky knits, ankle boots and yes, a dash of animal print!

Silky fabrics and loose airy styles are what I love most about Show Me Your Mumu! Their Robyn dress is SO incredibly easy to layer underneath a chunky knit cardigan or off-the-shoulder sweater. I’ll be reaching for this one a ton for our transitional weather down here in Louisiana. Shop more blush styes below:
Snagged this Dreamers by Debut chunky cardigan during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale! I love wearing this one because it’s so soft and cozy. I even wear it around the house too!
Animal Print Accessories
Everyone needs some animal print accessories during the Autumn months. I love a pop of leopard on a bag, scarf or even on my shoes! There are so many cute options right now on Nordstrom – linking them below.
Okay, I’m sure you all have black ankle boots, but do they have specks of glitter in them? I think not. I am ob-sessed with these Marc Fisher booties. They are so fun to dress up jeans and a bomber jacket. They also have a flattering cut on the leg for swing dresses and mini skirts. Linking up to more booties below.
