I hinted about this camo and animal print combo a few weeks ago on Instagram, and I wanted to follow up and show how I ended up wearing the two prints together for a casual weekend look. First of all let me say, this post is made up of all of my absolute favorite (and comfortable) pieces. I’m obsessed with my boyfriend jeans for fall – they are such a wardrobe refresher and this is coming from a die-hard skinny jean fan.

THESE Dr. Scholl’s slip-on sneakers. I wear them at least 3-4 times a week (I have them on right now as I’m typing). They’ve single-handedly replaced all of my summer sandals in one swoop. How can one shoe replace all my sandals? I don’t know, but it can. The animal print actually acts like a neutral color allowing you to mix them with different colors and prints. I think also that this particular animal print is much more subtle than in your face leopard print which allows them to be paired with more things.

Since I already have two prints going on, I kept accessories simple and went with my Madison crossbody in wine and wore my matching Stila lipcolor in Aria. These Stila lipcolors are my favorites when it comes to wearing a lipcolor that won’t budge after hours of wear.
