The cool weather bursts come in and out so quickly down in the South, – one weekend we’ll be wearing short sleeves and the next we will be bundled up in sweaters. Kinda makes stocking up your closet for winter a difficult task, so a lot of my weekend outfits revolve around (surprise) leggings.  One of my favorite – and easiest – ways to wear leggings is with an oversized sweater and vests. It’s a no-brainer, right? Why reinvent the wheel – if the outfit works, it works! So here’s another way I’m pairing my go-to leggings with new winter pieces including this hooded pink vest that’s a total score at only $25 and my new Australia Luxe wedge booties that have me pretending I’m a snow bunny. 

Even when it’s 60 degrees.

If you’re thinking about buying this vest, I would suggest sizing up to allow room to wear over thicker sweaters and even jackets. I went up to a Medium!
