I can’t believe that we are already down to a 7 week countdown over here! The weeks have really been flying by even now that I’m in my third trimester – when people said the days would start to drag. (I think they might even be flying by faster?!) And now, I finally have some overall perspective on my own pregnancy health and how I’ve been staying active even on those “off” days. In today’s post, I narrowed it down to the 5 easy and relatable pregnancy health tips that I’ve been living by the past 33 weeks.
And staying healthy means finding activewear and athleisure pieces that work during different stages of pregnancy. I’ve posted about Jockey’s comfy pajama options before, but I’ve been wearing several Jockey activewear pieces well into my third trimester. A few of my favorites (sized up in all of them for the bump):

I’ve always believed that your best accessory is your skin, and it pays to look after it if you hope to feel good about yourself and make lasting impressions. BUT pregnancy has really put my skin beliefs to the test y’all. I cruised through the first trimester with zero skin changes, so I thought surely I’d be good to go heading into the second trimester. Wrong. Around the middle of my second trimester, my skin decided to do a complete 180 on me. No longer was I the person with the occasional breakout, I was the person with insufferable breakouts. Not only did I need to completely change my skincare routine to all-natural products, but I also found myself in search of products that soothed my disrupted skin. Keep reading for my experience with pregnancy skin, but keep in mind that I understand everyone’s experience during pregnancy is different!
If you have been following along on Instagram, then you’ve likely seen in my Stories that we’ve had quite a few home improvement projects going on since last summer! One of the biggest ones on my list has been updating our living and dining room spaces that just seemed a little out-of-date and uninspiring. (Especially since I work from our dining room table most days to get out of my smaller office room!) But, I can’t take all the credit – I had the help of a full-time designer from a local Baton Rouge home decor store, LD Linens & Decor, to help me make some of the big decisions! I’m finally sharing some of our living and dining room before and after photos in today’s + tips on how to work with an interior designer in today’s post.

One of my resolutions at the start of every year is to trim down my wardrobe and get rid of the items I no longer wear. (Especially this year because hardly anything fits me right now!)
