I remember bodysuits really coming back onto the market last fall, and my initial gut reaction was a resounding NO. I mean, who wants to wear a one-piece bathing suit under their clothes. Aren’t swimsuits traumatizing enough for one season out of the year? But guess what, they’re back this year and in a bigger way than before, and there are so many cute ones on Nordstrom. So let’s just say they’ve piqued my interest. And technically, my job is to investigate the trends and report back to you guys, right?
See why I’ve changed my mind in today’s full post with Nordstrom!
I wore this Alice & Olivia dress from Saks to last weekend’s influencer style brunch with The Shops at Canal Place – snag it now for less! Talking about the brunch and showing off this dress perfect for fall events in today’s full post.
It wasn’t officially fall until I fell for this animal print faux fur vest in J.Crew a few weeks ago at The Shops at Canal Place. (Literally walked in the store and stopped in my tracks because I had to have it.) And after that moment, it’s been like a domino effect – I keep seeing more faux fur vests! Linking up to this one and a few more in today’s post.
PS. J.Crew is offering 30% off sitewide this weekend with code GOSHOP from today until Monday! It’s a great time to stock up on vests and blazers!
You’ve probably heard the term work to weekend, but how many pieces in your closet actually fall into that category? Probably not many! In fact, when I worked my office job, my work clothes and “real life” clothes were on total opposite ends of my closet. So I’ve teamed up with Zappos to pick out a fall shoe that’s classic and on-trend to wear everywhere you want to go this fall!
You know when you make a list and tell yourself you’re going to check it all off… and you do like half of it? Story of my life. I put together the most mega Fall To-Do List last year and only got through maybe 3 things. Here they are:
Finish My Website Update | Assemble a 70s Inspired Wardrobe | Purge Old Fall + Winter Clothes
So that means there were like seven other things that never actually happened. Either my goals were too grandiose, or I need to get my butt in gear this year! See how I’m revising my fall-to do list from last year and sharing a few little life updates in today’s post!
