Seeing the word “recipe” on APoL might be completely surprising considering I’m not a master in the kitchen at the slightest, but anyone can be a master at the bar cart this Christmas with this Cranberry Moscow Mule recipe! The best part is that the ingredients are few and simple – words that attract me to any recipe!
Two of the main ingredients you might already have and the others are very easy to locate in any grocery store:
1/2 cranberry juice
1/2 gin or vodka
2 oz ginger beer – I found a fun apple ginger beer locally as an alternative to regular ginger beer.
cranberries for garnish
mint leaves for garnish – Swap with orange or lime slices for a more fruit infused drink.
Combine all ingredients over ice and garnish. So easy, right?! It makes me wonder why I haven’t made this holiday cocktail before. Not to mention, these copper mugs are just too pretty to just sit in the cabinets. After searching, I found my Moscow Mule mugs from Target at a great price point. You can also find the traditional copper mug on Amazon.
Does anyone else have any favorite holiday cocktail recipes?
