Not only is it time to swap our closets for fall, we should be making the swap in our makeup bags as well! To be honest, my normal beauty routine in the spring and summer is a throw-on-and-go type of situation. BUT fall beauty trends are SO much fun! Velvety textures and shimmery powders give dull skin a new life while darker pigments give lips and eyes a sultry feel. I’m loving the Sigma Beauty fall eyeshadow palette and lip colors which offer a little bit of both! Plus, Sigma Beauty products are ALL paraben-free and formulated without sulfates, mineral oil or casein.

There’s a reason this bestselling eyeshadow palette has a 4.9 rating out of 104 reviews! These colors are great for someone like me who normally wears neutral eye colors but would like to start experimenting with a smokey crease or lid. In these photos, I used Sugar Milk over the entire lid, Russet in the crease and blended a little bit of Optimistic for a rosy hue.
I normally run out of neutral, matte shadows first, so I’m so glad there are multiple options in this one palette. There are four shadows with a light shimmer but not too glittery or overpowering. It’s perfect for everyday wear or for mixing with fall’s statement lip colors.
This is a trio of highly pigmented Lip Eclipse glosses for only $25. You basically get the full coverage of a lipstick but with a ton of moisture. There’s a satin finish and no sticky feeling afterwards that you can sometimes get with thicker glosses. My favorite is the Rosette which is the perfect combination of pink and mauve – aka my favorite color this fall. I’m wearing Rosette in these photos for reference. See here for swatches of all six Lip Eclipse colors.
I’m trying out two of the Aura Powder blush colors and my favorite is Nymphaea, a coral and bronze mix. This color will add a bit of warmth to my cheeks in the cooler months ahead without me having to pile on bronzer. I’m also using a few of the Sigma makeup brushes too. PS. These are cult favorite brushes, y’all – Allure Beauty Awards don’t lie!
After trying my hand at a few powder highlighters, I was ready to see the difference using a liquid version. This one is pearlescent and really easy to dab right onto the orbital bone around at the top of your cheekbone. Even Cosmopolitan has a glowing review of this product!
I’m sure you’ve heard that lining your inner eye with a white eyeliner can instantly brighten and open up your eyes. This kohl-liner does just that and comes multiple shades. It doubles as an under the brow highlighter as well! I picked out the Final Touch color that is a soft pink for subtle brightening.
What are you swapping out in your makeup bag this fall? Let me know in the comments!
