Joy is a word you only hear mostly during the holidays, but isn’t it something we should be enjoying all year round? Rockport reached out and asked me to share what JOY means to me – which really got me thinking about the things that bring me joy on a normal basis. Keep Reading How to Find Joy Everyday

First, I challenge you to make a list of all the things that makes your heart feel full. I guarantee you’ll be smiling by the time you finish it! You might even find yourself being a little more cognizant of those things while they’re happening. Once you identify your joys, you can associate them with the way they make you feel and be more intentional about them. (I’m a true believer in the law of attraction!)

For example, a few of my everyday joys are the dreamy light that comes into our bedroom in the morning and my first sip of coffee. I identify those things with the feeling of happiness, and every morning I intentionally start my day being aware of those joys. It’s hard to start the day off on the wrong foot after you’ve started it with positive vibes!
