You guys know that I love a good fit and flare dress at any time of the year, but especially this season when the bright colors are popping off of every clothing rack and promotional email, I really can’t get enough of them! But now, I’ve got the dress and need the accessories. Here’s a typical conversation I have with myself in my head around this time of year:
Who’s excited about sundresses? (This girl!)
But who’s not excited about showing too much skin yet? (This girl!)
If you’ve had similar thoughts, I’ve teamed up with Beaucoup Designs and Merci Beaucoup to solve your sundress accessory woes in not time at all!

Wearing a kimono is an easy way to wear your sundress without showing much skin. For me, I totally don’t have the tan-worthy skin necessary for these types of dresses yet. (I got a spray tan like 2 weeks ago that’s already peaced out.) Plus, there are so many cute kimonos out there right now! With fringe and lace and embellishments. If you find a good one, you can even double duty it as a swim coverup! This one I found at Merci Beaucoup in Baton Rouge which is also where I got most of today’s jewelry.

Layering necklaces is one of my favorite ways to wear jewelry during the summer (besides bracelet stacks of course). By playing with lengths and pendant sizes, you can really create some creative combinations. I chose three different styles from Beaucoup Design‘s vast collection for my outfit today. The collection is completely customizable with options like initial charms and zodiac pendants. The oversized disc necklace seen in these photos is my Gemini constellation! This might be totally nerdy, but I’m well-read when it comes to my astrological sign, so I loved this necklace!
The arrowhead charm on my longest necklace is removable making it easy to swap in new charms depending on what I’m wearing. The beaded chain could also be worn without at charm at all or doubled to create a shorter necklace. In fact, the gold beaded wrap bracelet I’m also wearing can be worn as a necklace too!
You can find Beaucoup Designs online or housed inside of Merci Beacoup. Disclaimer: if you are local and can visit the location, you’ll probably find yourself super obsessed with all of the charms like I am! I instantly wanted to make my own charm bracelet.
