You guys, I’m finally doing it. I am going to experience a REAL FALL. Not this 90 degree, brown dead leaves fall that we have here in Louisiana, but a New England fall! I’m heading out today to go and “peep the leaves” as they say in Stowe, Vermont. I’m meeting up with my girl Marissa from Style Cusp in Connecticut, and from there we will be road tripping to VT!
Since, I’m finally going to be able to put my sweaters and booties to use, and I’ve packed these Born Casco flat ankle boots for our outdoor adventures. Click through to see more + get the info on these comfy booties!

There are so many parts of this trip that I’m excited about, but mostly the thought of being outdoors in cool air! We have plans to take the scenic toll road, visit a winery and explore Stowe on foot. I knew these Casco booties would be perfect to bring along for all of these things not only because they go with everything – but they’re so comfortable.
Born shoes are handcrafted with the sole stitched to the upper, so they bend and flex with your foot as opposed to shoes that are just glued. I love this little tidbit because it makes me think differently about how shoes are made and the impact it can have on your feet! Plus, the Casco boot also comes in multiple color suedes for you gals who like to have your options.
Ps. Don’t forget to follow along with our Stowe adventures this week on Instagram!
