This is going to be my very last winter wardrobe post this season which means that this gray wrap sweater is the very last sweater you’ll be seeing in an outfit post until 7 or 8 months from now. Are you on board? Are you ready for spring looks? Me too! Let’s head into transitional outfits asasp next week! BUT first, let’s talk about this sweater that’s such a good note to end this cold winter season on.

This wrap sweater accompanied me on my recent Houston trip. I took a quick trip and hopped a plane one state over to wish my BFF farewell before she moves to Norway (she’ll need way more than a wrap sweater for that winter). It the perfect top for her farewell party at a fun Irish pub with food and music. I got to see so many people that I haven’t see in a while. A lot of LSU grads go to Houston after graduation, so there were lots of blasts from the past happening. Anyway, totally off subject, but the point was that this sweater was a comfy option for a colder evening spent out catching up with old friends. Most times, those are the best kind of nights, and in this case, it totally was.
While in Houston, I also stopped by my friend Juley’s new store called Montrose Shop. It’s a beautifully curated shop with indie brands you can’t just find anywhere else. From clothing to paper products, to beauty and even laundry products – right down to the white wooden floors and the furniture styling – everything is just perfection! If you are in the area, try to stop by and check it out, and definitely check out the beautiful Montrose Shop Instagram account! Both her and her partner are both girls after my own heart with all that white space!
Are you excited to be wishing these winter posts farewell? I’m excited for what’s coming up next week!
