Everything’s Coming Up Roses

off the shoulder swimsuit top

It should be an oxymoron that the Nasty Gal swimwear collection has a top that’s so sweet, right? This rose, off-the-shoulder swimsuit top was one of my top choices from their new (and quite extensive) swimwear collection for spring. Instead of going with the matching bottoms, I chose a high-waist pastel pink bottom that was also on the site. And to top things off for a walk on the beach in Laguna where we found the coolest little cave, I wore a flowy and feminine skirt cover-up. See all the photos and get product details in tonight’s full post!

Along the coast in Laguna we walked down past the Surf and Sand Resort to this amazing cliff that holds a walk-thru cave in the side of it. There was actually a wedding going on in this very spot earlier that day, so you can imagine how crazy gorgeous the wedding photos are probably going to turn out. As we walked, I realized this was the perfect spot to shoot this Nasty Gal swimsuit that I mixed and matched from two of their different sets. Did you know their swimsuit collection is bigger and better than ever? Some of them are more risqué for those of you that can show off the skin, but there are also a lot of very unique, can’t-find-anywhere-else styles too.

As you probably already know, I’m not one to show off all the skin or at least give me a really good spray tan first – the kind that looks like you have abs and really toned legs – which is why I paired my walk on the beach with a sheer skirt cover-up from Ipanema. I also have a very cool swimsuit by them that will be coming up in the next week or so!

Which NastyGal swimsuit are you loving? Check them all out on IG with hashtag #NastyGalSwim all spring long!
