I was originally planning this post for later next week, but I just didn’t want to wait any longer to share how I’m wearing my favorite pink coat especially since pastel coats seem to be quickly selling out in stock and sizes! Temps have been going back and forth between warm and cold in Louisiana, and I was able to finally show a bit of leg in this flippy skirt. Pairing pink with a neutral like gray or even tan is a way for the color to really make an impact. See more in the full post!

A colorful coat is the perfect way to brighten up your work wardrobe and/or introduce some color into your winter routine. Pale pink is also a color you can wear well into spring, so while you’re stuck in colder months, you’ll be able to fashionably transition into spring pastels.
I caped mine over an oversized sweater and pleated skirt, but I’ve also worn my pink coat with leggings and booties. To dress things up and to add some sparkle, I wore these Baublebar pretties – this style was so popular, it’s now available in more color options! I knew I also wanted a matching light pink lipcolor, so I chose Moxie lipstick in Fly High. I also put on a coat of Moxie gloss which is my favorite gloss btw!

I love any look that can make a cozy, oversize sweater look chic – this is gorgeous! Also, that bag is stunning!
