I slowly but surely realized how much stuff accumulates in one’s office over an extended period of time when I faced cleaning out my office space at LSU. I spent an entire Saturday packing all of my stuff into a huge FedEx box that had to literally be wheeled out to my car because it was so heavy! All of the contents of that box wound up at my house which meant I needed to begin my own home office reorganization before moving more stuff into the room. I started considering a new system to store paperwork, contracts, office supplies (that actually need to be on the desk) and not to mention, all of the product that I keep on hand for images and posts. Where would I even begin? Okay, so I will admit that I got a little sidetracked on the actual cataloging part and instead made sure that I had some pretty storage items to help jumpstart the process – I am one of those people who has to have a well-designed work space!
In comes the recent office supplies collaboration of Quill.com and Cynthia Rowley. The new collection includes revamped office supplies that include notebooks, pencil cases and a special paper carton that doubles as pretty storage all decked out in fresh patterns by the designer. (My props and products have found their pretty new home inside of the floral paper carton!) My desktop and wardrobe cart are already feeling more put together. My new floral notebook and metallic file folders are even giving my endless notes and lists a specific destination!

Next on my to do list will be actually tackling my gallery wall behind my computer screen. If it takes me as long as it did for me to decide on our bedroom art – we might be waiting a while. I do love how the new office supplies match the room and my aesthetic with a mixture of metallic gold and airy florals. Make sure to see the rest of the Quill.com x Cynthia Rowley collection!
