Okay, I promise you this is the last you’ll be seeing of snow posts – from here on out, it’s spring all the way. Here’s to thinking positively as I sip hot chocolate and am covered with a blanket, right?


This is what I wore on my very last day in NYC which was perhaps the coldest since it had snowed ALL night long. Yes, I was freaking out. Fresh snow equals safe walking shoes, so my Hunter boots came to my rescue yet again. I also wore my thick faux leather pants (thick socks even though you can’t see them) and this amazing coat from my Warehouse/Oasis showroom visit. My infinity plaid scarf, gloves and fur hat (obsessed) were all fabulous Christmas gifts which were put into immediate good use.

Maybe once or twice a year would I have to wear all of these things at once in Louisiana. I might normally pick one or two at a time, but I’m so glad that I packed all of them for this trip.
