Today, I’m featuring two fall items that are sure to add personality to any wardrobe –
the quilted flip skirt and the trench vest. Both seen here, I wanted a casual and comfortable way to wear these very versatile pieces. Over the next few weeks, I’ll show many different ways to wear each one, so you can seamlessly integrate similar items into your own closet!
The color palette remains neutral while the slip-on sneakers create interest with an animal print pattern. (I’m sure by now you’re seeing a few constants in my outfits – these Dr. Scholl’s shoes and my Gigi New York Parker satchel.) I’m loving the crisp mix of white, gray, tan and black. Sometimes the best color combos turn out to be neutrals. Such a fresh outfit option for fall weekends out and about!
This quilted, gray skirt is a blogger favorite! Jenn and I just happened to both pick up this flippy skirt for fall proving that it will work on both short and tall body types. To see how she styled hers, visit Haute Off the Rack!

Love how you styled this! I've seen some trench vests that haven't looked so cute! Also love those shoes!
