I’m so excited to recap our amazing Cabo trip with ShopbellaC today! Although there is no way I can possibly sum up our entire trip without having each one of you packed in my suitcase, I will sure try to tell you what to do and eat in Cabo! In addition to my outfits + links, I’ll also be naming some of my favorite sights, restaurants and activities in today’s full post!
This was my very first time in Mexico let alone Cabo, so I didn’t really know what to expect. BUT omg y’all. We stayed in the ShopbellaC house in Pedregal, so we didn’t stay at a specific resort. (Although it felt like one!) No wonder ShopbellaC has such great taste in clothing because they also have great taste in vacation spots! In fact, I wore several outfits from their boutique that I’ve included in today’s recap post with direct links to the products for you guys. Scroll through the full posts to see all of them and for my list of favorite things to do in Cabo!

I am a total fish tacos sort of girl especially when the fish is fresh out of the water, so it was a no-brainer that I had to order the sea bass tacos inside the restaurant at the Hacienda Beach Club. One of the best lunches of my life, and it was washed down with delish margaritas. OH and the guac… oh man it was SO good. The best guacamole I had while in Cabo!
We were so appreciate of Bahia Hotel in Cabo opening their hotel restaurant Esquina to us for a tasting of selected entrees and cocktails. We had eaten at the restaurant the night before for dinner and loved it so much that we elected to go back the next day! The night before I had an amazing proscuito salad and then I also tried a pistachio and fig salad for lunch – both amazing. I’m getting sad right now thinking about the boring salad I’ll probably eat for lunch today. : /

Favorite Dinner Spots:
Templo was like the finale to our amazing trip. Much like our meal at Esquina, we were able try a sampling of dishes and their favorite cocktails. The staff was so hospitable and knowledgable as they described each plate that was served to us. And more importantly for me, they took note of my lactose and gluten sensitivities and prepared little side dishes of different foods when the main sharing dish included one of the two ingredients!
Favorite Site Outside of Town:
Flora Farms is basically a place out of a movie – it’s hard to believe it really exists. About 40 mins outside of Pedregal, it’s like a beautiful oasis with the cutest restaurant, produce market, spa, and shops. We toured some of the farm and made a point to see where Adam Levine got married! The food, you guys! Everything is farm-raised and super fresh. OH and the owners rescue dogs, and one of the ponds has baby turtles that swim up to the sides of it to say hi. Like I said, is this real life?

Favorite Activity:
Hands-down the Blue Sky Cabo boat ride was the highlight of our Cabo trip. We decided to take the two-hour ride starting at 6:30 pm which gave us the perfect amount of time to cruise to see the Arch and Lovers’ Beach and the absolutely stunning sunset from the boat. The crew was fantastic – when we got there, they already had snacks and beers ready. They gave us ample time to stop and take photos – even hopping in to take some of the photos too. I’ve never written a Trip Advisor review until now just so I could give them the highest rating.

And like I’ve said before, recapping trips on the blog is so bittersweet. It’s amazing remembering out time, but it’s also super sad that it’s over! Tomorrow, I’ll have even more outfits from Cabo for all the folks out there who do not have Liketoknow.it but would still like to know how to shop the products!
