I’m so pumped to finally talk about my recent trip to DC, my stay at the Embassy Row Hotel and of course, all of the things that I wore along the way. I happened to wear this romper from Route 32 Boutique twice on this trip, so I figured it would be a great way to begin this series of posts. Plus, it just happened to perfectly match the fun atmosphere inside our home-away-from-home for the duration of our stay. See the full look and get more details on our travel accomodations in Dupont Circle in today’s full post!

Basically, I packed this romper not realizing how much I would utilize it. It turned out to be so stinkin’ cute with this denim jacket – and the temps dropped in DC right before we arrived. No lie, I saw people wearing tights when I got there. C’mon. But anyway, I ended up wearing this outfit to dinner to Barcelona the very first night we were there. (Amazingggg btw) Now keep in mind this is something that I never do, I put the romper back on the next morning to get coffee and do some exploring with Jordan. Yep, I liked it that much. (See the Route 32 website for excellent deals on styles like this romper!)
Speaking of coffee, the Embassy Row has the most convenient little coffee stand on the first floor. We practically got two cups every morning. And because I love a good story, the coffee company housed there is Compass Coffee. It’s a local company in the area and y’all the drink Compass Coffee in The White House and on Air Force One. Okay, so I pretty much acted presidential as I sipped my coffee all morning. When in Rome.
Here are a few more photos from the Embassy Row lobby and sitting area, so while you sip your presidential cup of joe, you can look really cool while doing it. 😉
More to come from my trip tomorrow!

The denim jacket looks rad with the playsuit.
